Requirements:
1.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
2.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
3.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
4.Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
5.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Key skills :
1.Proven work experience as a web designer
2.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
3.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
4.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
5.Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
6.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
7.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
8.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
9.Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
10.BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject.
