Roles And Responsibilities:
1.Create and publish job ads in various portals
2.Screen resumes and job applications
3.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
4.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
