•Accountable for Performance and results in Marketing/Sales.
•Marketing of experienced W2 consultants to find new and good projects through Direct Clients or Tier1 Vendors.
•The ideal candidate should have 2+ years experience in US IT staffing or consulting services company. Good understanding of technical jobs specifications, skills and technologies along with the ability to analyze key skills which are vital for a closure.
•Ability to work on diverse technologies.
•Maintain and document candidates/consultants communication efficiently.
•Participate in active team building and team work.

6. Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan.
