Telangana Government announced Land Regularization (LRS), Building regularization (BRS) and Building Penalization schemes (BPS) for unauthorized properties and illegal constructions. As per these schemes property owners and builders would be levied with penalization charges while filing their application. Time period of these schemes are from 2nd November 2015 to 60days as per revised GO.
