Detailed Job Description
End to end sales process from lead generation to handing over.
Generating leads for high end residential flats & converting them into prospects.
Explaining about the product features & specifications.
Identifying the prospect customers and maintaining everlasting business relationship.
Receiving the customer in cordial way & demonstrating by Walk- through/Site Visit.
Achieving sales target (Monthly & quarterly).
Feed back consolidation of the Sales promotions.
Building relations with channel partners/agencies/consultants to support revenue generation.
Maintaining records of the receipts.
Negotiation/Deal finalization.
Ensure the proper documentations are submitted for closing the deal.
Active participation in exhibitions/sales calls/team meetings.
Identifying & explore to the new marketing trends to achieve targeted sales.
Desired Skill Sets
Minimum graduation or post graduation specialized in marketing.
Excellent communications/negotiations (Oral and Written).
Well versed with MS Office /internet surfing.

Location : Hyderabad
Work Days: 6 Day Week (Tuesday weekly off)
