We are hiring for fresher’s and experienced in the field of Customer Care Executives, Immediate requirement for Customer Care Executive international process voice and non-voice in rotational wise weekly shift timings at Secunderabad and Hyderabad.
Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within fewer time frames
Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and effective browsing skills
Eligibility:
•Any Graduate / PG.
•0 to 1 yr Experience in international BPO would be added advantage for Senior Role.
•Computer proficiency: Operating knowledge of MS office and internet.
•Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
Shift Timings: Weekly rotational wise.
Skill sets:
•Language skills: Fluency in Hindi, English and Telugu language with accent is must.
•Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally.
•Result Awaiting Candidates can also apply.
•Creative problem solving skills.
•Contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback’s, requests etc.
•Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
•Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
