Item description
Handling the front desk (Reception), assisting & facilitating meetings of the visitors with office personnel, handling all inward telephone calls, mails, emails, preparation of business correspondence, web based searches for technical and commercial information and co-ordinating various day to day office activities.
Ideal candidate will have
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and verbal communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
-Good Microsoft Office and net browsing skills.
-Candidate must have experience of at least one year. Fresher with appropriate training in secretarial practice could be considered.
-Preferably residing with 7 km from the Kompally.
