Web Designers required for a software company with 1 year of experience - Hyderabad

Duties and responsibilities:
• Translating a client’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
• Mapping or outlining a website’s structural content.
•Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
•Creating templates of approved website layout.
•Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software.
•Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.
•Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content from the client.
•Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.
•Posting completed site to internet server using FTP software.
•Making changes to the site directed by client.
•Working with Project Managers and content team to ensure products are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
Required skills:
•Interactive design experience with demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative, engaging consumer designs.
Experience working in standard interactive design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, CS3, etc.
•Knowledge of Javascript.
•Experience with rich media applications (Flash, Actionscript, etc), design and best practices.
•Understanding of web usability issues and information architecture.
•Marketing savvy - experience developing pages for marketing conversion goals.
•Great typography and layout skills.
•Strategic thinker and problem solver.
•Energized about Internet design and functionality.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment and flexible to accommodate demanding project schedules.
