Sales Manager is responsible for driving the Business Development and Sales Activity which includes identifying Partners who have good database of Small and Medium Enterprises looking for hosted Office Microsoft Communication services.
Role
The primary role of sales manager is to identify Partners who are looking for companies offering services in SaaS model, Signing up with the Partners and work closely with Partners in closing sales deals.
Primary Responsibilities:
To develop and implement the business plan for the company
Work closely with Partners in getting updates on the Customer database and look for any upgrades.
To coordinate all sales related tasks and activities for the Accounts
Identify potential Clients for Projects / IT Solutions needs
Capable of developing good local contacts in the Accounts
Responsible for revenue collections
Work with pre-sales technical and domain experts in the region
Be able to articulate company's services and value proposition
Understand the past projects executed
Requirements/Compensation
A bachelor's degree or MBA with at least 5 years' experience in a related position.
Should have extensive experience in managing Partner relationship right from Signing up with the Partner and working closely with the Partners.
Should have extensive experience in selling Microsoft Products and services
Industry contacts and associations are an advantage.
The proven ability to meet and exceed quotas while working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Industry contacts and associations are an advantage.
Compensation is on par with the Market standards.
