We have 4 modules its Edb, Payroll, Attendance and Training module.
Edb module: is a comprehensive modules which helps to manage the employee information like basic/work/career/financial information, leave management system is also a part of this module you can even generate any kind of letters and reminders like events and reminders, letter generation, MIS reports bulletin board, suggestion channel, employee events document manager and even query builder is a report writing tool it builds our own letter.

Attendance module: this helps to track various shifts of an employee, it can also be integrated with traditional attendance system that is swipe card or punch card, do you use any swipe card or punch card? This module also integrates with the payroll of lop and lwp or any authorized absence regularized which can be done by the employee ( but this has to be followed by certain rules and regulations )

Training module: this module helps the hr manager to monitor the training cycle, so how many training programs do you conduct in a year?
This module monitors the training cycle at the beginning of the year it nominates the employee and takes the feedback and calculates the effectiveness of the training

Payroll module: this module take care of an employee salary and even the esi & pf reports are recorded like mass entry system, flexible benefit plan, leads of over time canteen and notice pay, loan management, complete income tax module, over ride facility for components, pro rata calculation, final settlement module, and calculation of salary, calculation of income tax, calculation of statutory report.
