"Urgent requirement for IPhone Developer” - Hyderabad

Overview
We're looking for a talented, mobile wunderkind to join our insanely great company. We're lean and mean and are taking off like a rocket. Our very first version of our iPhone app made it into the featured section of the App Store after less than three weeks! Traction is going through the roof and we need one more mobile P.I.M.P (no rockstars or ninjas please) to keep building out our iPhone and Android app.
We don't care about age, academical background, cover letter etc. The only thing we do care about is past work. Shoot us over all the links to your apps so we can get a feel for who you are, how you build stuff and what you've achieved.
We're doers, and so should you.
Education
B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (alternatively we also accept diplomas from the school of hard knocks, but only if you really, really rock!)
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in developing cutting edge mobile iPhone/ iPad/mac applications
Desire Candidate and Responsibilities
•All things related to our mobile efforts
•Execute on our ambitious product roadmap
•Bring in your own great ideas and show ownership over the modules you build and maintain
•You should be ready to ride the high highs and the low lows of startup life with us and keep it cool. We’re in it to win it, and so should you!
•Should know best techniques in debugging and trouble shooting
•Prior experience with performance measurement tools.
•Should have good command in English to under project requirement.
•Should be able to manage a team of 5 members
•Should have ability to motivate the team members and deliver the project on time.
•Working knowledge of one or more RDBMS.
•Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with dynamically changing requirements.
•Design efficient, adaptable, and reusable code.
•Tuning components for high performance and scalability using techniques such as caching, code optimization, and efficient memory management.
