The founder of the firm Mr. M.S. Daswani who had done M.Sc. in Chemistry and LL.B. from Kolkata founded our firm and is one of the most senior practicing attorneys in the field of intellectual property rights in the country and has successfully handled issues pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights since 1962.

The our second partner Mr. Bharat Daswani holds Law degree from Calcutta University and PGD in Int. Law from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom) and is practicing in the field since 1998.

The third partner Mr. Hemant Daswani holds Law degree from Calcutta University and has obtained Maters in Law from the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom).
