Build a comprehensive sales and manpower plan, based on thorough evaluation of market scenario and which is in sync with company's macro objectives.
Communicate and execute the approved plans with team.
Recruit and select approved manpower for the team, as per the criteria provided in Business HRM guidelines.
Monitor & ensure structured induction process of new recruits in field and periodically identify training needs of the team.
Guide team members in enhancing their performance metrics, through personalized planning of their individual customers, sales projection, and analysis.
Ensure smooth distribution network, process with the stockiest, and CNF agents of assigned territories.
