1. Support Siebel Server application from application through operating system in a mixed UNIX – Windows environment
2. Installation of Siebel Server application and patches in a mixed UNIX – Windows environment
3.Support business by creating users, remote users, local databases, assisting with remote client installations, and assisting with user access issues
