We are in search of best candidate to fill up HR Executive position in our company. Great opportunity for graduates to start up their career.
Job Role:
•Reviewing resumes and applications
•Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
•Training new or existing employees
•Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
•Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
•Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
•Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.
•Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
•Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Eligibility: Any Graduate, PG
Experience: 0 - 1 yrs.
Work Location: Trimulgherry X Roads, Secunderabad.
