We have urgent openings for the Customer Care Executive position for our BPO Company located in Trimulgherry, Hyderabad.
Job Profile:
•Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
•Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
•Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
•Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.
Candidate Profile:
•Minimum SSC to Any graduate are eligible.
•Candidate should have good communication skills in languages i.e English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
•Should have basic computer knowledge.
Best Salary will be provided.
